At Bacodeseta, quality is at the core of everything we do. Every product is manufactured using carefully selected materials and is subject to quality control procedures throughout the production process.

We are committed to delivering children’s apparel that meets the agreed product specifications, applicable safety requirements and the quality standards expected by our business partners.

Our Warranty

Bacodeseta warrants that all products supplied:

  • Are manufactured in accordance with the approved production specifications.
  • Are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
  • Comply with the quality standards agreed between Bacodeseta and the customer.
  • Are inspected through our internal quality control procedures before shipment.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Incorrect washing or care that is inconsistent with the garment care instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Alterations or modifications made after delivery.
  • Misuse, negligence or accidental damage.

Natural variations in fabric texture, color shade or measurements that fall within accepted textile industry tolerances shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Inspection of Goods

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products promptly upon receipt.

Any claim regarding manufacturing defects, shortages or shipping damage should be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery, together with supporting photographs and relevant documentation.

Remedy

Where a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed, Bacodeseta will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected products,
  • Repair the products where appropriate, or
  • Provide a credit or other mutually agreed commercial solution.

Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in this Warranty Statement, Bacodeseta makes no other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall Bacodeseta be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use or resale of its products.
