Return And Refunds
In which cases can I return ?
If your product is defective or wrong, you can return it. Contact our customer representative before shipping the product.After the customer service confirms the return, fill out the form, put it in the box and ship it with products.
Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order (download here), stick the address label on the parcel and add stamps.
Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers).
How many days can I return ?
You can return the product within 15 days.
What happens next ?
Within 7 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged).
The details of this will also be posted to your account.
Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
For orders paid with Bank Transfer, we are only able to offer a product exchange or refund in store credit.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to your order after it’s been finalised. Once an order is placed, the delivery option, delivery address, payment method, and product sizes can’t be changed.
An item I ordered is now cheaper.
Reserves the right to make changes in product prices. Product prices may vary according to changing seasons, number of stocks and supply-demand.
I have received an item I didn't order.
We’re sorry if we sent you something you didn’t order.
Please return the wrong item to us and make a note on the return slip under reason 9, stating that you did not order it.
The wrong item was delivered instead of an item you ordered? Please re-order the item you would like to receive. If you have already paid for it, you will be refunded as soon as we’ve received and processed your return.

Once you have browsed and decided on a colour and size for an item you want to purchase, place the desired item(s) in the shopping basket. To do this just click on “In den Warenkorb” (“Add to basket”).In your basket you will find an overview of all the items you have added. Check your choice of colour, size, and quantity. Important note: Only after completing your order are the items effectively reserved for you.If you’re happy with your selection, then click on “Checkout” to proceed to payment, and complete your order.
What happens after I order?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number shortly after you order. To stay informed about the status of your order visit “Meine Bestellungen” (“My orders”) in your customer account.
We will also notify you by email as soon as your delivery leaves our warehouse. This email will also provide you with your tracking number.
What is payment types ?
We accept all master and visa credit cards. Your payments are secured with a fraud prevention system. You can shop 7/24 with our online payment system. It doesn’t matter which country you are in. You just to have a credit card.
Paypal We accept payment by PayPal. A PayPal account is sufficient for this payment method.
Bank Transfer We accept all Euro and Dollar payments. We have IBAN numberss for both. You can contact us before you transfer to our bank account.

Can I add and change addresses ?
You can add and change addresses in the addresses menu
How can I reset my password ?
We know. It happens.
You just need to enter the email address you use for your Bacodeseta account and click send. You’ll receive an email with a password reset link in it (please note: this email may take a couple of hours to reach you and could appear in your spam / junk folder).
Click on the link in the email and you will be prompted to enter a new password.
You can then use your new password to login to your Bacodeseta account.
